Covid-19 information

As a licensed Bed and Breakfast in the State of Montana in Gardiner, here at Yellowstone Suites B&B, we are closely monitoring the status of the COVID-19 outbreak and are abiding by the regulations and recommendations of the CDC and the state.
The situation is fluid and we will be updating this as necessary.

We are now even more hyper-vigilant about sanitation in our guest rooms and contact surfaces in our common areas, and have implemented enhanced health and safety measures and protocols to help minimize exposure risks.
We do ask if you are in the high risk category, have any symptoms or have been around someone that has tested positive or are not comfortable with our policies and procedures, please choose to visit us at a later date. Guests are not required to wear masks in the common areas nor when on our grounds, but they are encouraged to do so. Guests still assume all risks when visiting.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: In order to support optimum social distancing and best practices protection for all, all guests will have the option of Self Check-in and directions to your room along with other pertinent info will be made available. We will be available for communication via text or phone calls. We do live onsite, so you will always have access to one of us.

BREAKFAST SERVICE: We are offering to go breakfast OR lunch as we cannot guarantee proper social distancing in our dining area. Please let us know in advance which you would prefer, as well as anything you can’t eat. If you are visiting for more then one day, you could mix and match, but we do need to know in advance as these are made the night before and brought to your room.
IN ROOM: We have refrigerators available in all of our rooms for those who wish to bring your own food rather than dining out. We have a small list of places that will deliver. As far as I know all places do take away. We also have coffee makers in each room.

*Specific to the Yellowstone Suite*

You have a Kitchen. If you use dishes, please stack them neatly and I will collect them when I switch out your towels and remove your garbage. If you are here multiple nights please clean the pots and pans you use to reuse them. There are ample dishes that I can take some away each day, but you only have one set of pots and pans. At the end of your stay leave out whatever you have used so I can run them through our dishwasher.

All superfluous room amenities, such as books , magazines decorative pillows, have been removed from the guest rooms. If you take a DVD from the lobby to watch please leave it in your room, we will take care of putting it back.

Our bathroom disinfectants and procedures meet the CDC guidelines. In addition, all other hard and high-touch surfaces, such as light switches, remote controls, door knobs, etc are cleaned with alcohol. All non-washables such as drapes, bedspreads and cloth furniture are sprayed with disinfectants.

COMMON AREAS: All other hard and high-touch surfaces, such as light switches, door knobs, railings, etc are cleaned with alcohol on a regular basis prior to guests arriving, throughout the evening as guests come and go.

We ask that you be mindful in common areas, either coming or going, or other guests. Maintain social distancing. I strongly encourage you to wear a mask while in common areas, I will myself when I am out of our apartment. Regardless of what anyone’s beliefs are, I expect all my guests to respect each other. This is going to be a strange summer for everyone. It doesn’t have to be difficult. We certainly appreciate the folks coming out this summer, and understand firsthand that this year will be different then other years. Restaurants will operate differently, the park will be operated differently. I would joke on occasion with guests that I’d rather not have a binder filled with rules and restrictions and yet here we are.
